Council Compliance & New Titles

A Statement of Compliance is the last step in the Certification Application.

We contact all the relevant referral authorities and ensure that once they have given their consent to the project the Council are made aware in a timely manner to keep the process moving.

All contracts, agreements, payment of monies, services and all planning permit conditions are managed by us to ensure your subdivision is not held up in limbo.

Once the compliance certificate is received from Council all relevant documentation is lodged with the Titles Office.

Your new title should be made available to you within approx 10 days but this may vary depending on the Titles Office back log.

We will continue to monitor its progress until it is safely in your hands.
