This is where the local council gets involved. Let us take on the extra work associated with this and leave you free to spend your time how you wish.
WE WILL:
1. Research and provide an assessment of local zoning and site overlays and any restrictions that apply to the land.
2. Prepare concept plans and sketches for you to review and approve.
3. Draft final sketches for the pre-application with Council, and schedule a meeting to discuss your proposal.
4. Liaise with Council for their feedback and work to gain their support for the project. |
