There are many government departments and essential service authorities that need to sign off on your subdivison applicaiton.
Our role is to keep your project moving through the various steps, we do this by
- Keeping the different forms moving through the appropriate channels.
- Ensuring the servicing authorities respond within 28 days to Council with their consent.
- Following up any departments that need further information, monies paid, etc.
- Advising if any further information is required for your applicaiton to proceed.
The Statement of Compliance can only be issued when outstanding conditions and fees have been satisfied and the Land Surveyor has provided the appropriate documentation to Council. We ensure the above mentioned process is monitored and completed in a timely manner.
