Sketch Designs For Councils

This is where the Local Council gets involved. Let us take on the extra work associated with this and leave you free to spend your time how you wish.

We will:

1. Research and provide an assessment of local zoning, site overlays and any restrictions that apply to the land.

2. Prepare concept/sketch plans for you to review and approve.

3. Draft final concept/sketch plans for the pre-application with Council. Then schedule a meeting with Council to discuss the proposal.

4. Liaise with Council for their feedback and work to gain their support for the project.
